It's been a very long time, but I'm finally back with Lexicon Devil's 100th puzzle. Of course, it's a meta, but it's a little something more: a set of three puzzles with a final meta-meta solution.
The final answer is a four-word phrase. Send an email with the phrase in the subject line to rchrdlln at (Google's email service) by 11:59 PM EST on January 18, 2026. All correct answers will receive a special unpublished meta puzzle.

The Part I meta answer is the password to open Part II.
The Part II meta answer is the password to open Part III.
The Part III meta answer is the password to open the decoder.
Enter all passwords in lower-case letters only.
Notes
Once the file is opened, each puzzle's meta is solvable without reference to the content of the other puzzles. In other words, SPF or OREO or other typical crossword entries / clues appearing in multiple puzzles is not relevant to any meta solution.
This puzzle suite doesn't require any special knowledge or additional research like the CHECKERED FUTURE puzzle or the THANKS I HATE IT puzzle suite did (beyond individual entries you might not know).
Pay attention to the titles.
